Fine Adjustment Before Printing

All reprographic tasks together with image retouching and composing have been incorporated into a synchronized and standardized workflow. At the center of this process is a PDF workflow with integrated color management.

Prepress operates according to Media Standard Print and Process Standard Offset. Proofs are continuously inspected using spectral photometric measurements and certified accordingly.

An in-house platesetter allows for the shortest possible production times for plate production. In this way, any precise correction requests from our customers can be implemented on site in a flexible and timely manner.

Thanks to the nearly perfect chromatic accuracy of our proofs, we are able to minimize coordination times on the printing presses and expedite production for our customers.

Ultramodern machines for outstanding results

Approximately 70% of operating a modern printing machine is done electronically. Nonetheless, even the most updated technology is incapable of replacing the unerring eye of an experienced printer. To ensure the most superior level of quality possible, our employees all have years of professional experience and profound specialist knowledge.

At our locations in Norderstedt, Versmold, Wanfried, and Gostyń(Poland), we operate a total of 140 large- and medium-sized printing units. It is also possible to integrate various print processes: sheet offset, sheet embossing, flexography printing, silkscreen printing – the combination and sequence depends entirely upon the desired results.
