Concept development & construction of the packaging solution

During the initial packaging development, material selection and planning of finishing solutions, we combine all requirements relating to product safety, sustainability and brand design into an economically viable, innovative packaging concept. Our experts design the shape, design and finishing of the packaging solution. They also test different materials to achieve the best possible packaging stability and sustainability.

Optimization of production & logistics processes

H.O.Persiehl prepares packaging solutions for efficient production, scalability and logistics. This includes developing and configuring suitable machinery. We also ensure that all production processes can run as efficiently as possible. For example, we optimize the arrangement of packaging components on printing sheets or the stacking options on transport and storage pallets.

Prototyping & testing of packaging ideas

When we develop customized packaging for our customers, we make packaging ideas tangible at an early stage using samples, trial runs and 3D-printed mock-ups. This allows the design, tactile qualities, material effects and initial functions to be tested before a solution enters series production. This provides greater certainty in decision-making and helps to further develop packaging concepts in a targeted way.
