In prepress, we prepare packaging designs and promotional materials so that they can later be produced with accurate colors, efficiently and to a high standard. Reprographic work, image retouching and compositing are combined in a coordinated PDF workflow with integrated color management.
At every stage, we follow the “Media Standard Print” and the “Process Standard Offset Printing”. Proofs are measured spectrophotometrically, continuously checked and certified accordingly. This allows us to achieve high color accuracy, reduce coordination times at the printing press and create a reliable basis for further production. Another advantage of our packaging print shop: thanks to our own plate imaging system, we can produce printing plates particularly quickly. This makes us flexible when last-minute correction requests need to be implemented directly on site.
In our packaging print shop, we print folding cartons, labels, multipacks, promotional materials and other packaging solutions. We use different printing processes and combine them depending on the material, design, print run and desired result. Regardless of the print run, we can always produce at high quality and speed.
This is made possible by our machinery, with 150 printing units in large and medium formats at our locations in Norderstedt, Versmold, Wanfried and Gostyń (Poland). However, the key to our success is our valued employees. They have many years of professional experience and extensive specialist knowledge. Because even with around 70% of printing controlled by machines, one thing remains irreplaceable: the discerning eye for color of an experienced printer.
